I’m Mariya Pak, and for the past four and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an HR Manager within Swinerton Builders’ Solution Team, primarily focusing on HR operations in the Northern California region.

Embarking on a Professional Odyssey

My journey with Swinerton began in June 2017 when I joined the Corporate HR team as an HR Administrator. Transitioning to Swinerton Builders in October 2019, I became Division HR Administrator, supporting HR operations in the vibrant NorCal region. Over time, I became an HR Generalist before assuming my current position as an HR Manager within the Solution Team in July 2023.

The allure of the construction industry beckoned to me as I sought to explore a new frontier beyond my previous experiences in retail and tech.
