My journey with Swinerton began almost four years ago when I was hired as a laborer. Coming from a background in law in my home country of Venezuela, my transition into the construction industry was unexpected but deeply fulfilling. Having previously worked for a construction equipment company and a real estate firm, I was no stranger to the construction world. The allure of seeing buildings come to life firsthand drew me in, and I eagerly embraced the opportunity to be a part of the process.

As a journeywoman at Swinerton, my role encompasses ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the jobsite and facilitating effective communication between our team and subcontractors. I take great pride in my work and am committed to upholding safe practices on the site. With my ability to bridge the language gap and communicate fluently in Spanish, I strive to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
